Project Description
Copier Systems have installed a new managed print solution for the Rudding Park hotel in Harrogate. We were brought in as part of the company's changes to their green policy, requiring a solution to lower the environmental impact of the hotel.
Low energy consumption reduces CO2 footprint (no ozone gas emissions), with the additional benefits of upgrading and improving the latest range of print equipment throughout the business and its various locations.
Their previous solution was expensive and time consuming, ordering different cartridges & parts for several departments.
The Challenge/Objectives
- Installation within various customer facing locations during operational hours.
- Implementing a GDPR compliant solution for data security due to the nature of business and collection of personal data
- A solution with minimal user intervention and maximum upkeep time due to being a customer facing locations such as reception.
The Solution and Key Achievements
- Great environmental solution to compliment the hotel’s CSR and Green policies.
- Offered a large cost saving on time sourcing and cost procuring a range of different print cartridges for various printers.
- 50k yield ink bags ensure minimal downtime.
